Roles & Responsibilities
Project Administration & Documentation :
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, reports, and submission records, ensuring strict version control and proper filing (both physical and electronic).
- Prepare and process various project-related financial and procurement documents (e.g., Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, invoices, claims, etc.).
- Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, organizing, and coordinating project meetings, workshops, and team logistics, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes.
- Track and follow up on project action items, outstanding deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Division.
Job Requirements :
Prior Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a Project Administration, Project Coordination, or Administrative role, preferably within the Information Technology, or a Government-related sector in Singapore.Government Project Experience : Prior experience in working on projects for Singapore Government agencies, with a good understanding of government project documentation and submission standards.Education : Minimum GCE 'A' Level, or a relevant Diploma is requiredTechnical Skills : Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and scheduling. Familiarity with any Project Management tools (e.g., SharePoint, etc.) is a plus.Soft Skills :
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills.Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise with stakeholders.Tell employers what skills you have
