Job title : Sales Consultants (Renovations Projects - Landed / Condo / HDB)

Salary / Compensation :

• Please note : this is NOT a freelance sales ID position with purely ‘commission based’ or ‘allowance + commission based’
• This is a full time position, we provide our full time sales personnel with fixed monthly salary, CPF contribution, annual leave, AWS, Benefits etc
• For all confirmed projects, don't need to run the project site, our operations team will take over and run all the project sites
• Base Salary : SGD3500 + 3% commission based on project revenue
• Sales commission are based on project revenue (NOT profit - NOT your typical ID pay structure
• Working Hours : 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
• CPF Contribution, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Hospitalization Leave Provided
