Job descriptionOversee and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities. Develop and implement account plans to achieve client retention and foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience Familiar with the business landscape in the APAC region. Proven track record in B2B business development and sales management. Possess in-depth experience in account management and client retention. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's footprint within the specified markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Formulate and implement effective B2B sales strategies, employing a consultative and solution-oriented approach
Work with Marketing and project team through the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
Utilize market insights to position products and services competitively.
