Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is expanding in Singapore and seeking a Retail Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing store team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

Working Location : Marina Bay Sands

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales & Guest Experience : Lead the team to achieve sales targets, deliver authentic guest experiences, coach in real time, and manage feedback or escalations.
• Team Leadership & Development : Inspire, retain, and develop talent; oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning; maintain professionalism and team accountability.
• Store Operations & Visual Excellence : Manage daily operations, inventory, safety, budgets, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
• Brand & Community Engagement : Represent the brand authentically, drive community involvement, execute events, and communicate updates to the team.
