We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team!
As a Chef de Partie , we rely on you to :
- Ensure the food produced of highest standard adhering to standard recipe
- Ensure the daily operations of the section assigned are maintained.
- Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team includes F&B Service Team
- Support the Sous Chefs on daily operation
We are looking for someone who :
Must have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel / resort environmentCommit to serving food of the highest qualityDemonstrates culinary skills in various cuisine an added advantageAbility to maintain hygiene standardsWilling to work shiftsWe Offer
