Responsibilities :
Business Planning and Revenue Generation
- Support the development and execution of targeted strategies to enhance revenue streams in order to meet sales objectives and support footfall targets
- Oversee the detailed planning of commercial events and spaces, including processes, ensuring alignment with client’s financial goals and strategic objectives
- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and adjust tactics to ensure sales targets are achiev
- Drive initiatives to boost event sales and utilisation of event spaces through strategic outreach, marketing campaigns, and relationship cultivation
Business Development
Utilise market research and data analysis to identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and revenue channels to expand client baseSupport negotiations with key clients and partners to secure favourable agreements and foster long- term collaborationsIdentify emerging trends and potential business avenues to enhance the client’s growth and market presenceDevelop, market, and manage commercial IP events and offerings that are revenue generating and unique to clientCollaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies that align with client’s objectiveKey Account and Partnership Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to maximize satisfaction and revenue opportunitiesIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with industry influencers, sports organisations, sponsors, local businesses, and other strategic partnersCollaborate with partners to co-create promotional activities, co-hosted events, and sponsorship opportunities that align with growth objectiveConduct regular reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, address concerns, and explore growth avenuesTenancy & Property Management
Oversee tenancy management and contractual agreements to optimise client’s space utilization and support commercial expansionOversee contract negotiations for retail leasing and tenancy agreements, ensuring favourable terms that maximize revenue while adhering to client’s policies and standardsIdentify and attract suitable tenants that align with client’s strategic objectives, brand values, and community focusEvaluate potential tenants based on their business model, growth potential, and compatibility with the overall ecosystem to support long-term successCollaborate with tenants to identify opportunities for business expansion within client precinct, such as new store openings, service offerings, or partnership initiativesMonitor lease agreements and tenant performance to maximize profitability and community engagementRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related fieldAt least 10 years of relevant work experienceProven experience in commercial sales, partnership development, contract management and property management within entertainment, sports or retail sectorsAbility to work independently and autonomously to define and implement solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes and build positive relationshipsStrong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsStrong knowledge of Singapore market dynamic in the events industryEA Personnel Name : Jackie Ng
