Senior Business Development Manager
The incumbent must possess strong IT Services and IT Software Solutions Sales / Business Development in the Banking & Financial sector. He / She is required to handle Account Mapping, Account Planning and Relationship Management. The individual is required to identify opportunities and involved in Proposal development and negotiation in IT Software Solutions and IT Services. It is required of the individual to be involved in the following :
- Preparing account maps, account planning & review
- Independent individual contributor role
- Opportunity Identification & Qualification
- Proposal Development
- Proposal Negotiation & Closure
- Contracting & MSA
- Account Mining
- Account Operations
- Relationship Management
Requirements :
Strong in identifying accounts in the Banking & Financial Sector.Strong in handling Technical Solutions and IT Software Services Business sales in the Banking and Financial Sector.Good in Account Mapping, Account Management and Account Planning.Strong track record in Account Management in the BFSI domain.Ability to manage and work with VIPs and C level stakeholders during sales processStrong track record in handling Sales Process.Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrationsSolid background in handling IT Software Solutions.Strong knowledge in IT Services and IT Software Solutions.Involved in Technical Solutions and IT Software Services Business.Should have relevant experience of in BFSI DomainAbility to win new logosAbility to handle customised software solutions / products and Software Service Business.Possess global market intelligence and knowledge of competitors’ products and future business plansDemonstrated Leadership capabilitiesExcellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skillsShould be highly motivated and target orientedWe respect your privacy and all communication will be treated with confidentiality.
