Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth coordination of work activities.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress of works.
- Report and resolve site issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials, equipment, and ensure proper usage on site.
- Must possess Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Course – Level B .
- Good knowledge of site operations, safety practices, and statutory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
