Site Coordinator - LITEWELL ENGINEERING PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth coordination of work activities.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress of works.
• Report and resolve site issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials, equipment, and ensure proper usage on site.
• Must possess Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Course – Level B .
• Good knowledge of site operations, safety practices, and statutory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
