Outsource Infrastructure Engineer (12 months Contract)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Outsource Infrastructure Engineer :

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute infrastructure operations based on design specifications
• Coordinate system installations and align with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead infrastructure project planning and support implementation of infrastructure changes
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrade and replacement strategies
• Conduct system tuning and software / hardware optimization
• Manage infrastructure testing and deployment activities
• Gather usage statistics and performance data for capacity planning and reporting
• Pilot new tools, platforms, or processes to improve system performance
• Perform root cause analysis and develop practical solutions
• Simulate user-reported issues to identify underlying causes
• Provide timely updates and resolutions for infrastructure-related incidents
• Guide team members in resolving infrastructure problems
• Implement temporary workarounds and long-term solutions
• Define and monitor service-level objectives (SLOs) and targets
• Collect client feedback and service data to evaluate performance
• Recommend continuous service improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements
