Roles & Responsibilities
JOBSCOPE
Ensure robust Trade Assistance support according to Dealhandling (DH) team task overview, including :
- Perform post-trade processing activities, such as reconciliation and documentation
- Deal entry (term deals, in-house deals, storage deals) in respective systems for all segments upon traders’ request
- Follow up and update of deals and strategies in trading system, perform profit realization and strategy closure for Physical and Paper trades
- Perform MOPS price and other price sheet updates as requested
- Provide tender support for Crude desk and also other benches if required
- Drive projects, improvements and best practices agenda in Dealhandling
- Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting
- Contribute to operational readiness for new business from Trade Assistance perspective including testing and system configurations
- Provide ad hoc support and duties upon requests from traders or line manager
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate any legal risks
- Prepare reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities
- Be a backup for other Trade Assistance colleagues
- Support tasks may extend beyond 6pm occasionally if required.
