Early Intervention Specialist
Are you passionate about helping young children reach their fullest potential? We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and their families to provide meaningful support and targeted interventions for developmental delays and disabilities.
We are seeking someone with a solid foundation in child development, a genuine passion for making a difference, and above all, a positive learning attitude and a heart for supporting families from diverse backgrounds.
What You Will Do
- Create personalized intervention plans that reflect each child’s unique strengths and needs.
- Provide hands-on support through therapy, parent coaching, and play-based learning activities.
- Work alongside parents, caregivers, and other professionals to foster an inclusive and encouraging environment.
- Observe, track, and adjust strategies to ensure children and families are progressing well.
- Keep clear, up-to-date records of interventions and outcomes.
- Continue growing professionally by keeping current with best practices in the field.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related area (Diploma holders may also apply).Prior experience supporting infants, toddlers, or young children with developmental challenges. Individuals without experience may also apply.Solid knowledge of child development and early intervention practices.Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect warmly with families of all backgrounds.A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.Patience, empathy, and a genuine sensitivity to children’s and families’ needs.Flexibility to tailor support as children grow and change.Dedication to upholding professional and ethical standards.Why Join Us?
