Training & Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead training and development initiatives, ensuring programs align with organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies based on organizational needs.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and design effective programs.
- Create, test, and refine training materials for quality and relevance.
- Coordinate training schedules and manage attendance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for program delivery.
- Maintain training documentation and administrative systems.
- Oversee in-house training sessions and monitor effectiveness.
- Manage stakeholders across various levels and business units.
Requirements
Degree in a relevant field preferred.5–7 years of experience in training and development, including 2 years in a managerial role.Strong background in service delivery and performance metrics.ACTA certification and call center experience are advantageous.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver innovative solutions.
