Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

1. 接待与引导 Reception & Seating

迎接客人，热情地引导他们入座，并为客人简要介绍餐厅特色与菜单。

Greet guests, escort them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant and menu.

2. 专业咨询与解答 Professional Advice & Assistance

为客人提供专业的菜单建议，解答关于菜品、食材、过敏原及酒水搭配等相关问题。

Offer professional advice and answer guests’ questions regarding menu options, ingredients, allergens, and beverage pairings.

3. 点单与传达 Order Taking & Communication

准确接受客人点单，并及时传达至厨房，确保沟通顺畅。

Accurately take guests’ orders and promptly communicate them to the kitchen for smooth coordination.

4. 高标准服务 Food & Beverage Service

提供高品质的餐饮服务，包括上菜、饮品服务、餐具摆放与整理、纸巾准备等。

Deliver high-quality service, including food and beverage serving, setting and clearing plates, preparing cutlery and napkins.

5. 环境维护 Cleanliness & Organization

保持餐厅环境整洁有序，确保桌面、椅子、地面及餐具干净并摆放得体。

Ensure a clean and organized dining environment, including tables, chairs, floors, and utensils.

6. 结账与记录 Payment & Records

处理客人的支付事务，包括账单结算和会员积分操作，并保持准确记录。

Handle billing and payment processes, including membership points, with accurate documentation.

7. 特殊需求协调 Special Requests Handling

关注并满足客人的特殊需求（如食物过敏或饮食习惯），并及时与厨房协调。

Recognize and accommodate special guest requests (e.g., allergies, dietary restrictions) by liaising with the kitchen.

8. 团队协作 Team Collaboration

与厨师及其他服务员紧密合作，确保出餐与服务的时效性。

Work closely with chefs and colleagues to ensure timely food preparation and service.

9. 客户关系维护 Guest Relationship Management

建立并维持良好的客户关系，提高顾客忠诚度与满意度。

Build and maintain positive guest relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

10. 卫生与安全 Compliance with Hygiene & Safety

遵守餐厅的卫生与安全规定，保障食品安全与客人健康。

Comply with restaurant hygiene and safety regulations to ensure food safety and guest well-being.
