Roles & Responsibilities
🍼 Infant Care & Development
Uphold and support the Centre’s philosophy in infant care and development.Carry out caregiving routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and putting infants to sleep with care and attentiveness.📘 Curriculum & Daily Programme
Conduct professional practices in line with ECDA’s Early Years Development Framework.Plan and implement age-appropriate daily programmes and activities as assigned.Execute daily routines smoothly according to the Centre’s schedule.👩👧 Safety & Well-being
Attend to the health, hygiene, and safety needs of the infants.Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports infants’ holistic development.🤝 Collaboration & Support
Work closely with fellow infant care teachers to ensure consistent and quality care.Support the Centre in festivals, events, and school activities preparation.Build positive and professional relationships with colleagues and parents.Skills & Qualifications
Passionate about working with infants and providing loving careAbility to engage infants with warmth, patience, and attentivenessGood interpersonal and communication skillsA positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learnRelevant certification in infant / toddler care (e.g., Higher Certificate in Infant Care or equivalent) will be an advantageTell employers what skills you have
