Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : $13.60 per hour

Period : estimated 6 Oct 2025 - Jan 2026

Working hour : 8.30am to 5.30pm (8 hours), Mon to Fri

Location : Novena

As temporary staff, you effectively encourage the fulfilment of tax obligations through our digital services and help build a socially responsible taxpaying community.

• Customer facing tasks such as providing assistance to taxpayers via email and / or call
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbox
