You will lead our data strategy to transform raw robot telemetry into actionable insights and build data infrastructure that powers predictive maintenance, factory quality tracking, and AI-driven fleet optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines for product and factory analytics
• Implement predictive models for maintenance and quality control
• Design error taxonomy and root cause analysis systems
• Create dashboards for internal teams and customers
• Drive AI initiatives including fleet optimization
• Ensure data integrity across robot and cloud systems
• Partner with factory team on quality tracking
• Enable data-driven decision making across the organization
