Job

Descriptions : Prepare

shipping documents in accordance with L / C requirements and submit

for bank negotiation.

Responsible for all

export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment

arrangements.

Collaborate closely with the

Logistics & forwarders to ensure timely execution of

shipments.

Maintain and update export reports

on time.

Manage customers orders, deliveries,

reports and other transactions efficiently.

Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc

duties as assigned

Requirements : Relevant

Shipping & Logistics working experience

Proficient in MS
