Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team in carrying out maintenance and overhaul jobs (mechanical, diesel, and air-conditioning) both onboard vessels and in workshops.
• Plan, coordinate, and communicate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Prepare, monitor, and update work schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Manage daily manpower deployment and provide clear instructions to the team.
• Conduct site inspections, work discussions, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and permits.
• Provide logistical support, including spare parts requisition and follow-up.
