Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly decision makers, while keeping updated on potential new projects or upgrades to existing entrances
Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including compliance with local regulations, to propose new accessories for automated entrances
Drive penetration into the third-party entrance market by developing strategies to convert competitor equipment to company solutions
Manage and negotiate secured contracts, ensuring terms are fair and balanced
Assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions
Consistently achieve allocated sales targets and financial objectives
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business disciplines (technical background preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present ideas factually and logically with confidence
Responsible, proactive, and capable of independent learning
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify potential hazards in both company and third-party products
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Self-driven, with initiative to achieve financial targets and adapt strategies as needed
