The Role
Assume role in the GPO,
- To lead the development of the dynamic, spend cube from GPO team and work in partnership with Group Data team and Country Procurement teams
- Constantly identify and implement, opportunities to upgrade data quality in the spend cube including working with procurement, IT and Data team
- To independently lead identifying the cost saving opportunity working with GPO / Category and Country procurement teams and track cos savings initiatives by utilizing and developing internal spend cube
- Develop these cost savings opportunities working closely with GPO / Country procurement teams
- To develop dashboard including tracking savings & adherence mechanism.
- To build internal analytic capability by educating our procurement colleagues
- To contribute to the MDM initiative from data analytic perspective
- Work closely in procurement system selection and lead the procurement system implementation from a procurement perspective
Key accountabilities
Broadly key area covers1) procurement technology utilization,
2) sourcing value creation,
3) spend transparency / reporting,
4) supplier relationship management, and 5) stakeholder engagement. This role will work across all above areas and be responsible for collecting, cleaning, maintaining and analyzing all relevant procurement-related data to provide crucial business insights trends which may be leveraged for commercial management, category management and track relevant industry / price or supplier relationship management. Lead constantly identifying cost saving opportunity by analyzing procurement spend across the regions and implementing opportunities to upgrade data quality.Contribute to the (Master Data Management) initiative from procurement data analytic perspectivePromote GPO on technology / tools roll out, in terms of procurement system selection.Lead development of dynamic spend cube, working in partnership with group data team and country procurement teams.Build internal analytic capability by training our procurement staffDevelop dashboard including tracking savings &adherence together with Data team by reflecting the request of MMD / Pharmacy colleaguesQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.Secondary degree major could be MIS, Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science.or any relevant experience5-7 years related experience working within a supply chain / procurement / finance / strategy / analytics and data function is essential3 - 5 years in an analytics capacity with experience with BI
