Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role :
- Provide excellent customer service
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries & needs
- Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till and service zone at all times
- Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
- General store operations – including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stock take and general house keeping
- Keeping abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
- Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
- Develop strong connections with customer to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC
Key Requirements :
Strong passion and interest in Sports and / or lifestyle industryThose who have great relevant work experience may consider for a senior retail assoicate roleMotivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve.Possess good communications skills and be sales driven.Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. Shift work, Public Holidays and weekends).Bands : The North Face, Timberland, Sun and Sand Sports, Columbia.Tell employers what skills you have
