Banking Associate - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionStay updated on the bank's products and services. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Assist customers in selecting the right banking products to meet their financial needs. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Identify opportunities for revenue generation and actively pursue them. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance. Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for various financial transactions. Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations in all customer interactions. Process the forwarding of account openings, loan applications, and other financial transactions efficiently. Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant banking / financial regulations and compliance standards. Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries. Work closely with team members to achieve overall goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Share insights and best practices with team members to improve overall performance. Local diploma or A Levels; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of banking products and services. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
