The Role As a Finance Director, you will have the opportunity to blend leadership, technical expertise, and make a real impact on a global scale. This is a multifaceted role that offers exposure to key finance domains, including treasury, accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work alongside a world-class team, contribute to strategic decision-making, and play a pivotal role in optimizing financial operations across our organization. Core Responsibilities : Lead Group Cashflow Forecasting and reporting using Netsuite, consolidating regional insights into actionable data.Manage loans and intercompany debt, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with approved forecasts. Lead FX hedging strategies, debt covenants tracking, and fund debt operations. Oversee the Treasury operations function. Drive optimization of global cash resources in line with corporate policies. Lead a SG based junior team, providing mentorship and ensuring top-notch finance practices. Take ownership of Singapore corporate tax and GST filings, collaborating with advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance. Address inquiries from regulatory bodies like IRAS with confidence and clarity. Navigate MAS regulatory requirements and ensure timely submissions. Collaborate closely with senior leadership (CFO, Head of Accounting, FP&A Lead) on high-impact projects. Spearhead initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational excellence across the finance function. What You’ll Bring A proven track record of 8+ years in finance, showcasing expertise across treasury, tax, accounting, and compliance. Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to manage and inspire teams. Great communication skills across different levels within the organization. Excellent relationship-building, with experience engaging with institutional investors, banks, and other stakeholders. A proactive mindset to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive results. Experience in dynamic, fast-growing organizations or global environments is a plus.
