The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a senior Sales Director to lead regional growth across SEA, Australia, and Japan . This strategic role requires a visionary leader who combines technical knowledge , commercial acumen , and strategic foresight to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategies across SEA, Australia, and Japan.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organisation to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in explosion-proof and process safety markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold compliance with all corporate and industry standards.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering , Industrial Engineering , or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior sales or business leadership , preferably with background in electrical products for demanding environments is an advantageProven ability to lead regional sales operations and achieve business growth targets.Strong knowledge of explosion-proof systems , hazardous area equipment, or process safety technologies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficient in SAP , CRM systems , and MS Office applications.Willingness to travel across SEA, Australia, and Japan.If you are a strategic sales leader with a strong foundation in industrial engineering and a passion for driving growth, we invite you to apply with your detailed resume and expected remuneration.
