Designer / Senior Designer - D12 Balestier, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for FF&E in all design phases , from design process to project concept , branding , sourcing products, preparing sample boards and producing specification and schedules including to obtain material unit cost reference information.

The incumbent also worked closely with partner and team to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and Client’s agreement.

The incumbent is responsible to check shop drawings and samples including manufactured items together with team and leading team together with partner

This incumbent is also responsible to ensure budget are meet and FF&E items are sourced up to Client’s expectation.

The incumbent shall assist in overseeing the FF&E designers.

Job Description

• Working closely with design team in concept and design development.
• Responsible to select and prepare FF&E presentation of materials and finishes.
• Coordinating with design team in developing furniture layout, perspectives and 2D / 3D renderings.
• Working closely with Design teams to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and client’s

agreement.

Work Experience & Qualifications
