MINDS has been caring for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs) and their families since 1962.

MINDS is today one of the largest charities in Singapore employing more than 850 staff. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Work Associate works in the field of Social Work. He / She is qualified and trained to assist in providing interventions and programmes, performing community development work and uplifting the professional practice in social work. He assists in coordinating casework, group work and community development activities and programmes, supporting community events and performing administrative functions.
A responsive, adaptable and astute staff, the Social Work Associate works in institutional settings, communities, social service agencies and hospitals. He works as part of a collaborative team with other agencies and ministries in the course of his work.
QUALIFICATIONS
NYP Diploma in Social Work, NYP Diploma in Social Sciences (Social Work), WSQ Diploma in Social Service or SSI Higher Diploma in Social Service
