Operations Project Manager - Based in Shenzhen, China (Basic + AWS + VB) HSW

Job descriptionPlan and implement the development of New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and ensure these products transition to production according to specific cost, quality, and capacity goals to satisfy customer's demand. Align with Customer to achieve both internal team and customer's target. The lead and communicator between customer and internal team to achieve mass production goals. Lead cross-functional teams within internal team to prepare for production ramp and product transitions. Drive ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e. material availability, capacity readiness, transition plans). Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand. Provide support for products in a sustaining environment. Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, knowledge in manufacturing process is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to distil complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans. Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional teams.
