Job descriptionPartner with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews and gather actionable insights. Facilitate Agile practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Monitor development progress and ensure on-time product delivery. Conduct thorough system, user acceptance, and security testing prior to launch. Drive user education and engagement campaigns to boost adoption post-release. Provide ongoing product support and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve bugs and issues. Experience in building and launching digital products end-to-end. Proven ability to deliver successful outcomes with limited resources. Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and technical documentation. Highly meticulous, persistent, and able to manage tasks independently under pressure. Skilled in prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines. Nice to Have : Certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis. Preferred : Experience working with government sector clients or digital services.
