Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Understand business requirements, detect architecture drivers, define functional / non-functional requirement
• Create and review technical design documentation to ensure the production system is being built, tested, and operated according to
• technical standard or / and best practice
• Provide technical feasibility assessments and scoping for projects
• Oversee all activities of the project life cycle for in-house development or / and contract-based development.
• Handle interactions with multiple key stakeholders to achieve project goal
• Build the development team, define / practice the development, QA and operation process and improve it continuously
• Proactively identify and address issues or risks of our service from the functional / non-functional perspective
