Key Responsibilities :
Project Delivery & Oversight
- Establish and track detailed work programmes aligned with Aedas’ deliverables and Client’s schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Zone Leads and discipline leads to align progress with Change Notices, Brief / Programme updates, and Project Wide requirements.
Regulatory & Authority Submissions
Track submission of drawings / documents to Singapore authorities : URA, BCA, LTA, SCDF, NEA, NParks, PUB, etc.Track regulatory requirements (e.g. Green Mark, Buildability Score, Fire Code, Accessibility Code, SS268) and ensure integration into deliverables.Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
Lead coordination between architecture, structural, MEP, façade, interiors, acoustics, AV / IT, landscape, lighting and other specialists.Ensure multi-disciplinary deliverables are consistent, aligned, and clash-free (through BIM / ACC / Revizto reviews).Serve as central point of contact with clients (MBS, developers), contractors, and sub-consultants, ensuring clarity of scope and deliverables.Budget, Reporting & Commercial Control
Monitor project budgets and consultant fee allocations.Support Directors in managing variation orders (VOs), change notices (CNs), and scope clarifications with both Client and sub-consultants.Prepare cost / time impact assessments for scope changes.Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent tools such as Tableau, MS Project integrations, Excel pivot reporting) to visualise project KPIs, programme tracking, consultant performance, and commercial exposure.Generate clear data-driven visuals for internal and client reporting.Risk & Change Management
Identify project risks (design changes, programme impacts, regulatory delays, etc).Track and report change impacts to Client and Directors via structured logs and dashboards.Client & Management Reporting
Prepare concise weekly and monthly progress reports (written and dashboard format) for internal leadership and Client.Flag critical risks / issues early, with proposed mitigation or decision pathways.Present updates at PJW, TCMs, and other executive-level meetings as needed.Construction Support
Oversee construction stage services : Track responses to RFIs, shop drawings reviews, site inspections, statutory milestones, etc.Tools & Systems
Manage workflows using Bluebeam, Aconex, and Aedas ADS standards.Use Power BI / advanced Excel to integrate data from BIM, schedules, and financial trackers into live dashboards.Requirements & Attributes :
Degree in Project Management, or related discipline.8+ years’ experience in project management of large-scale building or mixed-use developments in Singapore.Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory environment and authority submission processes (URA, BCA, SCDF, etc.).Proven track record coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams on complex, large-scale projects (hospitality, mixed-use, transport, or similar).Strong commercial insight : experience in fee management, VO / CN preparation, and negotiation.Proficient in common PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, Power BI, dashboarding tools).Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to manage upwards (clients, directors) and across (consultants, contractors).Familiar with sustainability frameworks (BCA Green Mark, LEED, WELL) an advantageApplication Link : https : / / careers.aedas.com / jobs / 6515539-project-manager?promotion=1644271-trackable-share-link-apply-here
