Role : Procurement Executive

Job Description & Requirements

• Provide contract management support to the Company in the varied, dynamic and fast-paced areas of IT services.
• Draft, review and preparation of various types of contracts and agreements, including IT contracts on system / software / hardware acquisition, maintenance contracts, non-disclosure agreements, addendums,
• Review of schedules and requirement specifications for IT contracts, including service level agreements and functional / technical requirements
• Drafting and preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and working with IT project managers on RFP and / or proposal clarifications.
• Working closely with other functions in Procurement department and Legal department during the RFP and contract drafting process.
