Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description : ( Air Export Dept )

• Arrange collection, booking with airlines.
• Prepare, handle, and process all necessary documentation, including customs and regulatory paperwork.
• Accurately monitor, track, and trace cargo movements and update customers, agents with uplift status.
• Communicate efficiently with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email, phone, instant messaging, and in person
• Monitor and update relevant reports.
• Ensure accurate and prompt billing to clients.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements always.
• Develop an understanding of departmental workflows and actively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting supervisor.
