About the Role
As Senior Account Executive, you’ll focus exclusively on net‑new acquisition across the APJ region – working inbound enterprise leads, strategic outbound targets, and high‑quality displacement opportunities. You’ll partner closely with marketing, presales, and exec leadership to win high‑stakes deals, helping Tier 1 and 2 banks modernise their approach to fraud, risk, and authentication.
You’ll be supported by an experienced, commercial VP who leads from the front and understands what it takes to win in this market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and close net‑new enterprise deals across the APJ region
- Work inbound leads from Tier 1 and 2 banks, payment providers, and PSPs
- Run structured sales cycles across fraud, risk, and authentication platforms
- Identify and lead displacement opportunities against legacy vendors
- Collaborate with sales engineering, leadership, and product teams
- Represent the brand in RFPs, industry forums, and executive‑level pitches
- Deliver predictable pipeline build and accurate revenue forecasting
Ideal Candidate Profile
10–15 years of enterprise software sales experience, including both account management and net‑new acquisitionDemonstrated success selling fraud prevention, authentication, or financial crime solutions into financial institutions across APJ or Australia – this is essentialStrong understanding of behavioural biometrics, 3DS, step‑up authentication, and other modern fraud technologiesTrack record of closing complex, high‑value enterprise deals with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, issuers, and PSPsSkilled in value‑based selling, territory planning, pipeline development, and full‑cycle executionDeep familiarity with the fraud landscape across APJ, including regulatory pressures, threat evolution, and market dynamicsStrong executive presence – able to engage and influence senior stakeholders across banking and paymentsCommercially driven, self‑motivated, and structured in follow‑through and forecastingWillingness to travel regionally (up to 50%) as required for strategic engagementsWhy Join
