Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within logistics, supply chain, and transportation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to structure proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to optimize business strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and generate leads.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market opportunities for senior management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services. Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and regional market trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
