About the Role
We are
looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance
efforts across our mobile applications. This role is responsible
for building and managing the QA team, defining quality standards,
and ensuring our apps deliver a smooth, reliable, and
high-performance experience for millions of
users.
Key
Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall QA strategy for our mobile
applications (iOS & Android).
Lead,
mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers covering both manual and
automated testing.
Design and implement test
plans, test cases, and regression suites for mobile
features.
Establish and maintain automation
frameworks for app testing (e.g., Appium, Detox, Espresso,
XCUITest).
Work closely with Product,
Engineering, and Design teams to ensure quality is embedded
throughout the SDLC.
Oversee end-to-end
testing, including functional, usability, performance, and security
testing for mobile apps.
Monitor release
quality, analyze defects, and provide actionable insights to
improve product reliability.
Build quality
dashboards and provide regular reporting to
stakeholders.
Foster a strong "quality first"
culture across the
organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
field.
5+ years of experience in software
testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership / management
role.
Proven track record in mobile app QA
(iOS and Android).
Strong expertise in
automated mobile testing tools (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest,
etc.).
Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman,
RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, Locust).
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail,
etc.).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and
communication skills.
Experience with cloud
environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and monitoring tools is a
plus.
