Senior Executive / Executive, Service Experience & Training
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and talent development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and service excellence.
- Track, analyze, and report service-related KPIs, collaborate with departments to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.
- Plan and execute service initiatives and employee engagement activities that foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Execute award submissions and recognition programs, including supporting actions that reinforce and embed the organization’s service culture.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Development or relevant field with 1-3 years of relevant experience.Strong skills in coordination, facilitation, and project management.Comfortable with data analysis, reporting and presenting findings.Familiar with e-learning or multimedia content development tools (an added advantage).Seniority level : Executive
