JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT Manager is responsible for managing the Company's end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise systems across all regional sites.
This role ensures stable, secure, and scalable technology environments that support the Company's manufacturing, engineering, and business operations.
The IT Manager also plays a key role in supporting the rollout of AI systems and digital initiatives under the Company's transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities :
1 . IT Operations & Infrastructure Management
- Manage overall IT operations across JLK's regional sites to ensure system availability, security, and performance.
- Oversee network infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and data center operations.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures for system backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
- Supervise vendor performance and contracts for IT hardware, software, and managed services.
2. End User Computing (EUC) & Technical Support
Lead the end-user support function to ensure reliable access to devices, systems, and applications.Manage endpoint security, IT asset lifecycle, and standardization of equipment and software.Drive digital productivity improvement through Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform.3. Enterprise Systems Administration
Oversee administration, integration, and optimization of ERP, M365 services, and Supply Chain Management System.Coordinate with business and production teams to align enterprise system processes with operational workflows.Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with functional owners.4. AI & Digital Project Implementation
Support the deployment of AI-enabled solutions for process automation, predictive maintenance, and performance analytics.Collaborate with engineering and data teams to integrate AI capabilities within enterprise systems.Provide technical readiness, infrastructure, and security support for AI rollout across sites.5. Governance, Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity standards, and local data protection regulations.Maintain system logs, access control, and audit trails to meet internal and external audit requirements.Provide support during customer IT audits6. Regional IT Support & Collaboration
Provide on-site and remote IT support to regional facilities in China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore.Coordinate regional IT projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and Management directives.Travel to regional sites for project implementation, system audits, and technical training.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.4 to 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, ERP systems, and Microsoft 365 services.Familiarity with Copilot, Power Platform, and Cloud administration environments.Experience in managing multi-site IT operations and delivering regional technology projects.Understanding of AI systems, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural teams.Ability to travel regionally for project and operational support.Interested applicants may submit a full personal resume including detailed work experiences, qualifications and career acheivements.
