We (Pinnacle Credit Services) are hiring a Manager, Collection and Operations to join our team.
Responsibilities :
1) Collection management, operation and project management
2) Implement service strategies and service improvement
3) Conduct performance review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement
4) Team building and management
5) Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients
6) Customer sales and services advocacy
7) Familiar with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (OSPAR)
8) System implementation, integration and management
9) Any other ad hoc duties / projects assigned
Requirements :
Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any discipline or relevant experience
