Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management : Overseeing servers, networks, and enterprise applications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and system availability.
- Team Leadership : Directing and motivating technical staff, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment to improve team performance and morale.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, aligning IT strategy with business goals, and participating in long-term business planning.
- Process Improvement : Analyzing operational processes, collecting data, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Budget and Resource Management : Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Technology Integration : Evaluating and integrating new technologies to support IT service delivery and organizational growth.
- Vendor Management : Negotiating with and managing relationships with key IT suppliers and vendors.
- Incident Management : Leading investigations into operational incidents, including those related to non-compliance with procedures.
- Policy Development : Establishing and implementing operational management policies that align with company objectives and regulatory guidelines.

Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.Leadership and Communication : Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively with both technical staff and senior management.Strategic Thinking : Capacity to develop and implement long-term strategies that align IT operations with overall business objectives.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for operational improvement.Problem-Solving : Skill in resolving technical issues, mediating disputes, and leading incident investigations.Financial Acumen : Competence in managing budgets, resource planning, and optimizing costs.Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent from Recognised UniversityWilling to learn new technologies within a stimulated time period.Excellent written and oral communication skillsMinimum 5 years of experience in information technology department
