Roles & Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.)
• Support network infrastructure : LAN / WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi
• Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers)

Requirement
