Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Branding Executive to manage the planning, development, and execution of branding and marketing strategies across our food and beverage products and outlets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about F&B, deeply understand consumer behavior, and excel at positioning brands in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote F&B products and outlets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing activations.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints including packaging, menus, signage, and digital platforms.Develop and evolve the brand identity in line with company values and market feedback.Digital Marketing & Social Media
Develop and manage social media calendars, content plans, and influencer collaborations.Oversee the creation of content (photos, videos, stories) that aligns with brand tone and goals.Monitor digital analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.Public Relations & Partnerships
Coordinate media coverage, press releases, and PR events to build brand awareness.Develop partnerships with food bloggers, influencers, event organizers, and lifestyle brands.Customer Experience & Feedback
Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.Collaborate with operations team to ensure brand promise is reflected in the customer experience.Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and pop-up activations to build brand visibility and customer engagement.Requirements :
Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3–5 years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding principles, and social media trends.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite).Tell employers what skills you have
