We are looking for a Regional Associate Strategy Director with strong leadership qualities, a robust creative mind and culture savviness to grow our clients through Hepmil’s suite of content, creator and strategy capabilities.

Key responsibilities for this role include :

• Creative vision and leadership; ability to steer a team’s creative and strategic approach and lead / support projects cross‑functionally
• Mentoring team members across the region and upskilling the team where required
• Generating insights and ideas with a creator‑first focus across multiple social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook)
• Conceptualising, developing and pitching key strategies with clients for social campaigns through culturally‑relevant content ideas and creator selection
• Pitching and presenting ideas to external business partners
• Provide training and consultation for clients in relation to our products, processes and social landscape
• Improve workflow and quality alongside industry best practices
