Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and branding strategies to promote the company’s services, expand market presence, and achieve business growth. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company’s objectives and image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Plan and execute online and offline campaigns including social media, website updates, SEO / SEM, and digital advertising.
- Manage company branding, public relations, and corporate communication activities.
- Coordinate with design teams for marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
- Oversee the development of content for social media, newsletters, and company publications.
- Organize marketing events, trade exhibitions, and client engagement programs.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support lead generation and business development.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and prepare periodic management reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and media representatives.
- Analyze customer insights and feedback to enhance marketing effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.Proven track record in campaign management, brand strategy, and client engagement.Strong knowledge of digital marketing , social media platforms , and content management tools .Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office , Canva , Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator , and CRM tools.Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM (preferred).Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.Creative, results-driven, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.WORKING CONDITIONS :
Full-time position.Working hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday).Work location : Corporate office or assigned project site (as required).May require occasional travel for client meetings, exhibitions, or marketing events.Tell employers what skills you have
