Job descriptionManage the full sales cycle including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales service, serving as the main point of contact for international clients. Build and maintain strong client partnerships by understanding requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring compliance with specifications and on-time delivery. Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Define project goals, schedules, and budgets; monitor risks and implement countermeasures while providing timely updates to management and clients. Track server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning and identify new business opportunities. Oversee inventory and excess material management, including cost risk assessment, clearance negotiations, and process optimization. Drive continuous improvements in commercial processes and project outcomes. Bachelor Degree in Business Management Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry Strong business and financial acumen with proven ability to manage costs, margins, and inventory. Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
