Roles & Responsibilities

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

负责公司整体业务拓展，包括招商合作与融资项目
制定并执行运营战略，推动公司在食阁、食品加工与供应链领域的全面发展
统筹门店运营、流程优化与成本控制，提升整体效率与服务质量
参与高层决策，支持品牌发展与市场扩张
建立并维护与合作伙伴、投资方的长期关系
负责关键岗位的人才招聘与团队建设
制定并执行员工培训计划，确保一线人员掌握品牌标准与服务流程
协调跨部门沟通，推动内部协作与目标达成
处理日常运营中的突发问题，确保业务连续性与稳定性
独立完成任务并在高压环境下保持专业判断与执行力

任职要求 / Requirements

拥有至少5年以上餐饮或相关行业运营管理经验

熟悉新加坡本地商业环境与食品行业法规

具备良好的沟通能力与项目统筹能力

有招商、融资或业务拓展经验者优先

中英文流利，能进行双语商务沟通

具备较强的抗压能力，能在快节奏环境中保持高效

具备独立思考与执行能力，能在无监督情况下完成复杂任务。

薪资待遇 / Salary & Benefits ：

全职 / Full-time

月薪 SGD $8,000（视经验而定）
