L2 Network Engineer

Skills : Excellent Communication, L2 Support, strong network, datacentre tech knowledge and CVE

Work Schedule : 5 Days a Week (Shift-based with Weekend Support as Required)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in network devices, firewalls, load balancers , and vulnerability management .

The ideal candidate will handle L2 / L3 level troubleshooting , incident resolution , and network upgrades , ensuring smooth and secure network operations in an SLA-driven environment.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching .
• Experience in vulnerability assessment (CVE analysis) and report preparation .
• Ability to troubleshoot L2 / L3 issues independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts and during off-hours maintenance windows .
