Roles & Responsibilities

• Drawing and documentation preparation.
• Risk Assesment preparation and evaluvate.
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction workers, subcontractors and vendors on site.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore fire safety regulationsMaintain detailed records and documentation related to site activities, progress, and any incidents.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environmentProvide on-the-job training and guidance to construction workers as needed.
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Compiling and submitting completed work to Quantity Surveyor for progress claims to the Clients.
• Working hours : 8 : 00 am onwards, with closing time determined by site requirements.
• Technical knowledge of security camera systems and software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
