Roles & Responsibilities

Legal (HSE)

•  Ensure HSE rules and legal compliance to Singapore governmental agencies and TE group are adhered within the plant.
•  Conduct Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment; Aspect and Impact Analysis.
•  Ensure Security Management Program on site and also to ensure security coordination and procedures are establish to all stakeholders as reasonably practicable as per site requirement.
•  Create awareness and participate in Innovation programmes.
•  Authority to stop delivery of non-conformance products.
•  To facilitate monthly safety committee meeting (SCM).
•  Perform annual SCM and HSE site inspection based on schedule.
•  Maintain and update H3SEQ policy and procedures under H3SEQ management systems : ISO14001, ISO 45001 , ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001 & One Maestro.
