Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
1. Product Strategy and Planning :
Conduct in-depth research on the market and user needs, formulate long-term product development strategies and short-term iteration plans, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure the product remains competitive in a dynamic market.
2. User Growth Strategy Development and Execution :
Develop and implement comprehensive user growth strategies covering acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion. Utilize data-driven methods to enhance user acquisition efficiency and user activity levels.
3. Product Experience Optimization :
Prioritize user experience by continuously optimizing interaction design, interface layout, and operational processes from the user’s perspective. Use user research, data analysis, and A / B testing to gain deep insights into user behavior and needs.
4. Data-Driven Product Decisions Making :
Establish and refine a product data system. Conduct in-depth analysis of key data to understand user behavior and product performance, and provide strong support for product decisions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication :
Collaborate closely with R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development from concept to launch. Facilitate clear understanding of product goals and requirements across teams and resolve issues and conflicts in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.
Job Requirements : 1. Education :
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above. Major is not limited, but degrees in Computer Science, E-Commerce, Software Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
2. Work Experience :
1-3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with at least 1 years focused on consumer user growth. Proven track record of successfully driving user base expansion and enhancing user activity levels. Experience in industries such as online entertainment, gaming, or e-commerce is a plus.
3. Skill Requirements :
Proficient in Mandarin, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin with colleagues in PRC HQ.
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :
Sharp ability to analyze user needs and solve problems effectively. Capable of identifying market trends and user pain points, organizing thoughts clearly, pinpointing core issues, and developing practical solutions.
5. Travel :
Open to short-term overseas business trips.
