Job Description :
- To gain knowledge about the organization or company.
- To set performance goals with the upper management.
- To educate in company policies.
- To monitor the progress of performance with key trainers and senior management.
- To receive training from supervisors of related departments such as finance, operations, sales, IT.
- To observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing departmental duties.
Requirements :
Willing to work on Weekends, Eve and Public Holidays.Willing to work 6 days’ work week.Ability to soak up as much knowledge during the training.Must be matured and adaptable.Must have good people skills.Must possess a desire for teamwork.Should be proficient in using computer.Good organizational and analytical skills.Must be a quick learner.Tell employers what skills you have
